ACCD graduate 4.21.2012...Senior thesis...

My senior thesis project...branded myself as a tuning company that is taking a  2011 7 series (LWB) and giving it BREUNINGER styling aesthetics... Blending car design and car customization.. here are some ideas of where i think i might be taking my project..

I have a crush. Past couple of days the new scion? suburu?toyota? FRS,BRZ, T86 has really grown on me to the point that if i were to own one...what would i do to it.... well... Photoshop+Dougs Brain+Stance+Rotiforms=

The Wall.

A few months ago a friend of mine mentioned this website to me SIMKOM.com. I checked it out and immediately fell in love...The work that was posted on the site was inspiring. Really fun to see so many different  sketch styles and designs. In December 2011, I contacted the Website owner (marek) to see if any of my work was worthy to be added to the wall....about 3 weeks later and a couple of emails...Marek emailed me letting me know that some of my work was up... The work is definitely not the standard context that you usually see on the site, but its different which i like, for he acknowledged custom automotive design :)

Just an idea....

 A very well known magazine  approached GAS to create and build a corporate vehicle using a 2012 Honda pilot as the base...Usually when i design i like to start out wild and cool as possible just so i can get an idea of our directions..It allows for pulling back and watering down the concept to a more tangible concept....So this was an idea that i'm pretty sure wont ever happen, but it s just a fun idea :) Will post the finished vehicle in the upcoming months.

MINTY FRESH Z.

Every now and again i come across a car with a personality that gets my attention in way that i become inspired to interpret the way i see it in the form of a caricature....Minty Freshz is one of those cars....I started the drawing 2 months ago, but do the chaos of SEMA i had this lil piece of work on the back burner along with many others....Now with SEMA said and done, I was able to complete this piece tonite :) Feels good to get back to my own lil projects  :)
